Account data: as long as your account is active + 30 days after deletion. Payment data: 7 years (fiscal obligation). Votes: anonymized after account deletion. Analytics: no personal data (Plausible is cookieless).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email privacy@wehate.ai. We respond within 30 days.

7. AI usage

WeHate.ai uses AI for translating content (NL to EN). Translated content is labeled "Translated with the help of AI". We do not use AI for automated decision-making about your account.

8. Complaints

You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

9. Changes

When this policy changes, we will inform you via email or a notification on the site.
