1. About WeHate.ai

WeHate.ai is a community platform about the impact of AI on society. By using WeHate.ai you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You can vote anonymously. For additional features you create a free account. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.

3. Subscriptions

WeHate.ai offers paid subscriptions: Supporter (€4.99/month) and Impact Champion (€9.99/month). Subscriptions renew automatically each month via Stripe. Prices include VAT.

3.1 Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after subscribing (EU Consumer Rights Directive). During this period you can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund. If you explicitly consent to immediate access at checkout, you waive your right of withdrawal.

3.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your billing period. There is no notice period.

4. Points program

You earn points by voting, sharing and being active. Points can be redeemed for subscription discounts. Points have no cash value and are not transferable. Points expire when you delete your account. We reserve the right to modify the points program with 30 days notice.

5. Community guidelines

  • Be respectful. Criticize systems, not people.
  • Stick to facts. Conspiracy theories do not belong here.
  • No spam, no advertising, no illegal content.
  • No discrimination, threats or harassment.

We may remove content and restrict accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual property

Content you post remains yours. You grant WeHate.ai a non-exclusive license to publish, translate and distribute your content on the platform. WeHate.ai content (text, design, logo) is property of WeHate.ai.

7. Liability

WeHate.ai is not responsible for content posted by users. We do our best to keep the platform available but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
